If your child is entering Kindergarten, 3rd, 6th, 7th, 11th, 12th grade, - or is a new student to the district - Pennsylvania Department of Health requires physical exams, dental exams, and immunizations.

All immunizations are REQUIRED by Tuesday, September 1st, 2026. If immunizations or an exemption isn't received by the school nurse, the student will be excluded from school. Please be advised that if an outbreak would occur, students with exemptions will be excluded from school until deemed safe to return by the Department of Health.
